Juan Carlos Diaz

Co-Founder & CEO

Started his career in Guadalajara, Mexico as Co-Founder and Operator of different well-known restaurants such as La Bocha, Casa de los Platos, Elena, La Tomatina and D3ck Bar.

Later on, he partnered with Grupo Chapultepec and moved to Tijuana,  where he initiated the expansion of Cerveceria Chapultepec outside Guadalajara. After that, he opened Fin de California in Tijuana and founded Cardon Hospitality Group  owning and operating Banger Rooftop, TOBA Restaurant and the latest of the group JAK Restaurant.

Alejandro Sandoval

Co-Founder & CEO

Born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico. Started at the restaurant industry as partner of different well-recognized restaurants and bars in TJ such as Barezzito, Reyes Cantina and Palominos Restaurante.

Later on, he partnered at Fin de California and founded Cardon Hospitality Group  owning and operating Banger Rooftop, TOBA Restaurant and the latest of the group JAK Restaurant.

Alonso Barron Vidal

Executive Chef

Born and raised in CDMX, Alonso started his culinary career 16 years ago in Argentina where he worked in one of the most recognized kitchens in Buenos Aires. After that he moved to Spain to continue with his studies and graduated as a Pastry Chef.

During Alonso's Career he has worked in several restaurants ranked among the "50 best" list in different cities such as Buenos Aires, Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, Monterrey and CDMX.
